Tom Wartman
Tom Wartman has been developing distinct residential and commercial properties in the Lake Minnetonka area since 1976. A native of Minnetonka, Wartman's work reflects his appreciation of the unique history and character of the community. His developments include the original Dayton Estate Boulder Bridge Farm property in Shorewood, the Winston Estate on Gideon's Point in Tonka Bay and the James Binger property at Gray's Landing in Minnetonka. Also of note in Minnetonka is Wartman's Tower Hill Development between Williston and Woodhill Roads, which includes the General Store of Minnetonka, the Edina Realty office building, the Woodhill Plaza office building, Famous Dave's and Mid Country Bank.

Wartman's design construction firm, Landform Inc., has won numerous Reggie Awards in the top bracket of single family home construction through the Twin Cities Parade of Homes. Most recently, Wartman has focused his efforts on the redevelopment of the Glen Lake community near Excelsior Boulevard and Woodhill Road. Included has been the addition of neighborhood grocery store Fresh Seasons Market, Zoss Drug, Glen Lake Wine and Spirits, Caribou Coffee and other retail and service establishments, in addition to European-inspired residential offerings.
